January 4 (SeeNews) – Romanian hotels operator THR Marea Neagra [BSE:THR] said that it signed leasing contracts for three tourist complexes on the Black Sea for a total 1.51 million euro ($1.6 million) annually.
The company will also sign a contract to rent out for 460,000 euro annually its Aida touristic complex in Saturn beach resort, it said in a report filed with the Bucharest Stock Exchange on Tuesday.
The three signed contracts concern the Bran Brad Bega complex located in the Eforie Nord resort, and the Sirena and Siret complexes, both located in the Saturn resort.
Founded in 2005, Turism, Hoteluri, Restaurante Marea Neagra is a company operating recreational facilities on Romania’s seaboard. The company currently manages 23 accommodation units and 20 board units, with a total of 7,836 beds, providing packages of accommodation, meals, as well as entertainment.
Romanian investment fund Transilvania Investments Alliance [BSE:TRANSI] holds 78.6% of the company.
TRH Marea Neagra traded flat at 0.2140 lei as of 1137 CET on Wednesday, bourse data showed.
Transilvania Investments traded flat at 0.2770 lei as of 1151 CET on Wednesday on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
