Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived in Ufa for a farewell ceremony for the former head of Bashkortostan Murtaza Rakhimov.
Report informs via foreign media that the ceremony is taking place in the Bashkortostan state concert hall.
Rakhimov died on Wednesday at the age of 88.
