The volume of trade with the EAEU increased in 2022 by $620.6 million and amounted to $3.2 billion. The growth of Tajikistan’s trade with Russia amounted to $321 million (up to $1.7 billion), with Kazakhstan — $263 million (up to $1.7 billion). .4 billion), with other EAEU countries – $37 million (up to $104.7 million).
Uzbekistan occupies an important place in the trade of Tajikistan – 7.6% of the trade turnover. In 2022, trade between the two countries increased by $107.5 million (up to $555.4 million).
Kazakhstan and Russia remain the main trading partners of Tajikistan with shares of 19.7% and 22.9% and are ahead of China (16.6%).
At the same time, trade with China is developing more actively (44.2% per annum) than trade with Kazakhstan (22.3% per annum), Russia (23.7% per annum) and the EAEU as a whole.
